- Over 25 years in Residential Construction.
- Personally built & directed the ground-up development of multiple custom homes, managing all aspects of the process including land purchase negotiations, grading and infrastructure installation, design coordination, permitting, general construction and final construction completion.
- Partner with private equity firms, builders, and developers to evaluate acquisition opportunities, perform feasibility studies, and oversee due diligence.
- Conduct aerial and ground assessments to evaluate accessibility, grading, infrastructure readiness, and potential barriers to development.
- Prepare conceptual and scale site plans to communicate development potential to investors and municipalities.
- Utilize GIS systems, county databases, and zoning tools to analyze parcel data, setbacks, easements, and RPA constraints.
- Provide budgeting, timeline, and contractor alignment strategies for smooth project execution post-acquisition.
- Directed & Built over 500 high-end residential projects, including million-dollar pool and outdoor living installations.
- Managed multi-disciplinary teams of designers, engineers, and tradesmen through all phases — concept, design, permitting, and build.
- Delivered 3D renderings, scale layouts, and design presentations to clients, municipalities, and investment partners.
- Oversaw complex site work including grading, drainage, retaining walls, septic/well systems, and stormwater management.
- Facilitate public hearings and community meetings, presenting projects in a way that builds confidence and local support.
- Coordinate engineering, surveying, and permitting efforts, guiding projects through the county approval process.
- Assist in assembling and negotiating land packages for larger-scale development opportunities.
